In 2016, David Benson and moved from the South Coast of England to Canada for a life with more opportunities, and so his wife could pursue her dream job.

Leaving behind a career in law, David set out to live a more creative life. Karben Wood is the result of that endeavour.

He now lives in the country in Hillsburgh, Ontario with
his young daughter, Stevie.

He is often joined in his Shop by his dog, Lola.
